Ad-hoc Meeting

When you discover that your trainers missed some of your crew members, or that you need them to host an unscheduled safety meeting, use the Ad-hoc Meetings.

Send the trainers an Ad-hoc Meeting on any topic. They receive mobile notifications to conduct the toolbox meeting, along with its Trainer's Portal. The portal also appears on their Mobile Dashboards to remind them of it.
