Keeping and finding good records of every safety training is no less important than the training itself. On Zurel, we make it extremely easy for you to do so.
We save every toolbox meeting and training as a PDF file that includes the topic and meeting attachments, a list of attendees, and their signatures. You can search and find those records based on their dates, topics, jobs, trainers, trainees, or trainee’s organizations. When you find several records, you can even zip and export them all at once.

Topic Attachments
Upload and attach training documents such as PDF files or photos to your topics. Attachments become available on the trainers' and trainees' portals and are included in the PDF records.
Quiz Editor
Enable your toolbox topic for quizzes by adding a set of multiple-choice questions and their answers. Add different types of questions and answers. Include as many of them as you want.

Topic Configuration
Not all topics are likely to be used the same way. Customize those topics for their unique use cases. For all other topics, leave them with the default settings.
Ad-hoc Training
Make unplanned safety training part of your plan. For topics that cannot be planned for, make them always available. For scheduled training that got missed, send Ad-hoc Training to your trainers.
