Train Your Crew
Provide toolbox training to your crew using any one of the several methods at your disposal.
Conduct your safety toolbox meeting using the Trainer’s Portal on the Zurel app. Access everything you need on the portal. Your trainees may participate using the Trainee's Portal on their smartphones.
For topics that can be reviewed individually, send topic links to your crew members to review using their smartphones. Or, have Zurel prompt them to do so when they sign in at a job site or clock in for the day.

Topic Attachments
Upload and attach training documents such as PDF files or photos to your topics. Attachments become available on the trainers' and trainees' portals and are included in the PDF records.
Quiz Editor
Enable your toolbox topic for quizzes by adding a set of multiple-choice questions and their answers. Add different types of questions and answers. Include as many of them as you want.
Master Toolbox Calendar
Plan your toolbox meetings weeks or months in advance. Topics and their attached documents appear automatically on your team's mobile apps on the days of their schedule window.
Completed Training List
View the list of all the toolbox training sessions completed during any period. See the dates, the topics, the trainers, and more of each. Export the PDF record of one or more training at once.
Topic Text Editor
Add or edit your topic content using our built-in easy-to-use text editor. Copy and paste content from another source to the editor. Format content to make it more effective.
Content in Spanish
Create your toolbox topics training material in Spanish in addition to in English. Have your toolbox trainers or trainees select the language of their preference for their training.
Job's Toolbox Calendar
Some jobs may be at different stages and have different toolbox needs at different times. Others may have unique topics altogether. For those, plan your toolbox meetings using their own calendar.
List of Participants
List the name, organization, and training date of each participant in the toolbox training. Expand or narrow the list using filters. Search for a participant by name. Export the list as a PDF or CSV file.
Videos
Most people are visual learners and learn better using visual methods. For those of us in the construction industry, it is likely more so. Get the most from your safety toolbox training by using videos
Topic Configuration
Not all topics are likely to be used the same way. Customize those topics for their unique use cases. For all other topics, leave them with the default settings.
Ad-hoc Training
Make unplanned safety training part of your plan. For topics that cannot be planned for, make them always available. For scheduled training that got missed, send Ad-hoc Training to your trainers.
List of Absentees
List all the employees or guests who may have missed a safety toolbox training during the current or the previous week. Know their supervisor or crew lead and their latest job sites
