Contact Tracing for COVID-19 in the Workplace

When:

On Demand

Duration:

30 mins

Until March 2020, many of us likely had not even heard the concept of contact tracing. When a crew member got sick, finding out who else could have come in contact with him or her at our job sites and reaching out to them was the last thing in our mind. In less than a year, such an ability to contact trace our workforce has become a safety imperative and a legal one in California as AB-685 takes effect on Jan 1st, 2021.

The good news is that most contractors likely already have the data necessary for contact tracing their workforce. A sub-contractor or a self-performing contractor may leverage its time & attendance data or even its payroll data to find employees that may have come in contact with another COVID-19 carrier at their workplace. A general contractor may use its site visitors' log data to contact-trace its employees and its sub-contractors that visit its job sites. And there are multitudes of 3rd party text and email messaging services they can use to reach out en masse to those that may have been affected.

During this webinar, we will discuss some of the regulations regarding contact tracing. We will discuss how you can put together a simple but effective contact tracer using your timecard or visitors' log data. We will also cover 3rd party mass messaging solutions for meeting you en masse communication need that may arise. At the end of the webinar, we will briefly go over how our customers using our time & attendance or site visitors' log solutions to overcome their contact tracing challenges.
