“It is not enough that we build products that function, that are understandable and usable, we also need to build products that bring joy and excitement, pleasure and fun, and, yes, beauty to people’s lives.”

Site Visitors Log
When a job site has an alert, you want to be notified immediately and distinctively. Now you can be. Each time there is a job site alert, we now send mobile notifications to the site managers' Zurel Pro apps. Such notifications are in addition to the e-mail notification all designated users receive.
To maintain confidentiality, we keep the alert notifications messages light on detail. To help you promptly get to the detail, we have improved the Zurel Pro app's mobile dashboard.
Visitor authentication by site managers
We rely on visitors' smartphones for authentication them. When a visitor uses a smartphone for the first time, we e-mail or text the visitor an authentication code. But what happens if a visitor shows up without his or her smartphone? Although very rare, it does happen. With the new update, the site's managers can now use their Zurel Pro app to authenticate such visitors.
Online user guides
You should not need a tour guide to enjoy Venice but having a good one makes your experience better. We think about a product, and its user guides the same way. The product should be so intuitive that one should be able to enjoy it without consulting its user guides. The role of user guides should be to enhance that experience. To that end, we have added an extensive amount of online user guides for site visitors. The links to the online user guides are now available on all the sign-in pages.
Consolidated self-registration and sign-in process
As Antoine de Saint-Exupéry said, “Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away.” With this in mind, we continued to strive towards perfection by eliminating a few more things. We consolidated the seft-registration and the sign-in process by eliminating a few steps between them. This improvement also allowed us eliminate captcha, the annoying method of proving that you are not a robot.
Time & Attendance
For employees who work on the same jobs for an extended period, the timecards from one week to the next do not change much. Wouldn't it would be much easier for those employees if they could simply copy their timecard from one week to another (and make minor adjustments) instead of having to fill out a new timecard each week? Now they can. We introduced a new feature that allows employees to copy their timecard, from one week to another or from one day to another.
We know some businesses prefer that their employees fill out their timecard in entirety each week instead of copying it from a prior week. If yours is one, you can turn this feature off with a click of the mouse.
Every business has a different workflow for processing is timecards. Yours may even have a separate workflow for hourly and salaried employees. We have now introduced a new feature that allows you to customize the timecard workflows for different types of employees.
Most employees who fill out their time cards manually enter their times on the quarter-hour marks (such as 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, or 8:45 AM). With our new updates, doing so is now a snap.
